Accessibility statement
Our commitment to an inclusive, usable experience for everyone.
Last updated: September 27, 2026
Our commitment
Maui Service Pros is committed to making this website accessible to as many people as possible, including people with disabilities. Accessibility is an ongoing effort, and we work to improve the experience as the site and its content evolve.
Accessibility standard
Our goal is to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. The site has not yet undergone a formal independent conformance evaluation, so we do not claim full conformance at this time.
Measures we take
We support accessibility by:
- using semantic page structure, descriptive headings, and meaningful link text;
- supporting keyboard navigation and visible keyboard focus;
- providing text alternatives and accessible labels where appropriate;
- designing for readable contrast, responsive layouts, and text resizing; and
- reviewing new features and addressing accessibility feedback as part of ongoing maintenance.
Compatibility and technical requirements
The website is designed to work with current versions of major browsers and common assistive technologies. It relies on HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and WAI-ARIA where needed. Older browsers or assistive technologies may not provide the best experience.
Known limitations
Some third-party services or newly added content may not yet fully meet every accessibility criterion. We do not control every aspect of third-party tools, but we welcome reports of barriers and will work to provide an accessible alternative when possible.
Feedback and assistance
If you have difficulty using this website or need information in another format, please contact Maui Service Pros. To help us investigate, include the page address, a description of the problem, and—if you are comfortable sharing it—the browser, device, or assistive technology you were using. We will review your request and work to provide the information or service through an accessible method.
Assessment and ongoing improvement
We assess accessibility through internal review and a combination of automated and manual testing as the website changes. We will update this statement as our practices, testing, and known limitations change.
