# Maui Service Pros frequently asked questions

## What is Maui Service Pros?

Maui Service Pros is a local service-provider directory for Maui. It helps residents and property owners browse businesses by service category and reported service area.

## Does Maui Service Pros recommend or guarantee listed providers?

No. Directory inclusion is not an endorsement or a guarantee of workmanship, licensing, insurance, pricing or availability. Customers should confirm those details directly before hiring a provider.

## What does an unverified research listing mean?

An unverified research listing was assembled from public sources and has not completed a Maui Service Pros verification review. Its details should be confirmed directly with the business.

## What is the difference between claimed and verified listings?

A claimed listing has an approved owner or authorized manager account. A verified label identifies the specific review level completed by Maui Service Pros. Claiming a listing does not automatically verify credentials.

## How do I find a provider that serves my Maui community?

Choose a service category and a Maui area, compare the matching profiles, then contact the provider to confirm current route availability, scope, credentials and pricing.

## How can a business update or remove a listing?

Use the claim link on the business profile or contact Maui Service Pros. Proposed public changes remain subject to administrator review.
